Canada Day Fireworks in Mississauga
Tomorrow we celebrate Canada’s 142nd officially recognized national day. Canada Day is one of the most celebrated days of the year. Its a perfect excuse to get outside during the day and enjoy spectacular fireworks in the night.
Most fireworks display begin at 10 pm. You need to arrive early to stake out the ideal spot. Bring a blanket, a chair and a windbreaker as the nights are still cool. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate. The City of Mississauga is sponsoring free transit on Canada Day – so hop a bus and enjoy music, fun and fireworks at the following venues.
1) Port Credit Paint the Town Red in Mississauga
Canada Day in Port Credit on July 1st. Live music and family fun at selected locations throughout the village.
Fireworks in the Park!
As night falls…join us in the village with the most beautiful view in Mississauga – as Memorial Park comes alive with a glorious festival of fireworks.

2) Streetsville
Celebrating Canada’s Birthday with fireworks at Vic Johnstone Arena and Streetsville Memorial Park, 6:00 pm. – 11:00 p.m. Main Street, Streetsville.
