This Month in Real Estate – Canada January 2010
Residential sales rose 28 % year over year, across most of the major markets across Canada. At the end of November, there was only 4 months of inventory available. Most of Canada are experiencing a strong seller’s market with prices increasing. Typically, January and February are the slowest months in real estate but we think this may change for 2010.
