The Bank of Canada left its key interest rate unchanged at .25 per cent. Bank governor Mark Carney has said he plans to leave the rate at that historic low level until mid-2010 to help spur a return to healthy business conditions. This weeks mortage rate remains unchanged. Here are the numbers:
